A tropical paradise cake. Three layers of fresh and zingy pineapple sponge layered with creamy coconut Swiss meringue buttercream will get your heart singing. But before even tasting the cake prepare to be blown away with how STUNNING it looks! Featuring a fabulously trendy fault line design with yellow and white stripes underneath and desiccated coconut over, and crowned with a bevy of gorgeous decorations - chocolate coconut, pineapple flowers, glace cocktail cherries and cocktail umbrellas (y'know, to not get caught in the rain!), and piped buttercream swirls and blossoms.

Ingredients

Pineapple Sponge: Wheat Flour (gluten), Sugar, Egg, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), Pineapple, Vanilla Extract. 

Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, Coconut Cream, Coconut Extract, Colouring Yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110)

Decorations-

Desiccated Coconut

Glace Cherries: Cherries (contain Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Sugar, Water, Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Colour: Erythrosine

Chocolate Coconut: Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole Milk Powder, soya lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring).

Pineapple Flowers: Pineapple, Colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129].

Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.

We deliver across London and Surrey using our own in-house drivers, so your cake is handled carefully from our kitchen to your door.

Deliveries run between 8am and 5pm. On the morning of delivery, you’ll receive a more precise time window with tracking where available.
