I love ice cream shops, and I will quite happily eat ice cream in winter, so turning that joyful, slightly chaotic parlour feeling into a cake was inevitable. This one is built with soft vanilla and chocolate sponge, marbled vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate sauce, a glossy chocolate drip, glacé cherries, sprinkles, freak shake-style cupcakes, mini soft-serve cones and the all-important dropped waffle cone. It is nostalgic, creamy and wonderfully over the top, but still grounded in proper sponge, silky buttercream and the simple pleasure of chocolate, vanilla and crunch.

Cake Care
Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.
