Decorations: This cheerful cake is beautifully decorated with a cascade of lemony yellow macarons and a sprinkle of candied sweet and salty popcorn, creating a playful and inviting look. The milk chocolate glaze drip adds an extra layer of sophistication.

Cake Sponges: At its heart are two soft and fluffy vanilla sponge layers, providing a light and airy base that complements the vibrant flavours.

Frosting: The cake is generously slathered in our signature smooth and silky yellow Swiss meringue buttercream.

Vanilla Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt. 

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110).

Decorations-

Chocolate drip: dark chocolate [(Min cocoa 54.5%) Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soya lecithin, natural vanilla], butter (milk). 

Macarons: Icing Sugar, Almonds (Nuts), Sugar, Butter (Milk)Egg White, Lemon, colour e102, Tonka Bean Extract (natural flavouring), Cream (Milk)White chocolate (Belgian white chocolate Couverture, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soya lecithin, natural vanilla), colour e133, e122.

Candied Popcorn: Candied popcorn: Popped maize, Rapeseed Oil , Salt , Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithins), cream (milk), invert sugar syrup, sugar, colouring Yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110).

Delivery times: 8am - 5pm. You will receive live tracking on the morning of your delivery letting you know when the driver is near.

Shelf-life: Our cakes at Anges de Sucre are baked fresh, with a 5-day shelf life. Note: some elements like doughnuts may have a shorter freshness period.

Storage: To maintain freshness, wrap the box in cling-film and store the cake in the fridge if not serving the same day. Read more about storage and shelf-life

Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.
