Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Decorations : Decorated in a cute comic cake style, entirely with buttercream, this cake slice features graphic-style outlines - complete with cherries on top! It's designed to look like a big slice of cake but it's covered completely with buttercream.
Cake Sponges : Three freshly baked chocolate sponge layers filled with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.
Frosting : Our signature Swiss meringue buttercream covers the cake in vanilla and chocolate flavour.
Chocolate Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, cocoa, sunflower oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), baking powder, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, cocoa powder, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129), colouring Black [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono propylene glycol E1520, Water, Silica E551, Food colour - E124 E133 E104].
Decorations -
Glace cherries: Cherry (56%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Colour (Anthocyanins), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide<).
*Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.
Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
