A lemon Earl Grey tea cake composed of zesty lemon sponge, Earl Grey-infused Swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache. The sponge is soft, bright and citrus-led, layered with smooth buttercream carrying the fragrant bergamot notes of real Earl Grey tea. Finished with a white chocolate ganache drip, a silver chocolate teapot, ganache-filled tea cups, Custard Creams and Jammie Dodgers, it brings together lemon, tea, cream, biscuit and chocolate in a polished afternoon-tea celebration cake.

Sponge: Flour ( wheat , gluten), sugar, eggmilk, buttermilk (milk), lemon juice, lemon zest, yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, Earl Grey tea, milk.

Chocolate teapot: dark chocolate (milk, soya), silver lustre ( Butane E943a; isobutane E943b; propane E944; ethyl alcohol; potassium aluminium silicate E555; flavour; titanium dioxide E171 ; iron oxide E172).

Chocolate cups: dark chocolate (milk, soya)

White chocolate ganache: White Chocolate (milk, soya lecithin), Cream (milk).

Custard Cream Biscuits: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Palm Oil, Whey Powder (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Wheat Starch, Raising Agents (Ammonium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Flavouring, Colour (Mixed Carotenes).

Silver sprinkles: Sugar, wheat starch, maize maltodextrin, colour silver.

*The colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.

All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.
