Vanilla Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.

Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, salt.

Glace cherries: Cherry (56%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Colour (Anthocyanins), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide).

White Chocolate Crispearls: White Chocolate 85% (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk, milk sugar, dry cream, whey, natural vanilla flavour), crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, wheatstarch, sodium bicarbonate added as raising agent, vegetable fat (soya, palm, rapeseed), salt, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), modified potato starch.

*Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.
