Leopard Print Cake

A leopard print cake composed of moist vanilla sponge, Swiss meringue buttercream, salted caramel and chocolate. The sponge is freshly baked, soft and clean in flavour, layered with smooth buttercream for a silky vanilla finish. Hand-finished in a leopard print pattern with salted caramel, chocolate and vanilla buttercream, then decorated with glazed buttermilk doughnuts and wafer curls, it brings together soft sponge, caramel warmth, chocolate depth and a little polished sass.

Salted Caramel Ganache: White chocolate (milk, soya), cream (milk), sugar, salt, dark chocolate (milk, soya).

Chocolate Ganache: dark chocolate [(Min cocoa 54.5%) Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soyalecithin, natural vanilla], butter (milk).

Baked Doughnuts: Flour (wheat, gluten), corn flour, egg, buttermilk (milk), butter (milk), sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract.
