Four-Tiered Buttercream Dream Wedding Cake

A modern four-tier wedding cake of Madagascan vanilla sponge, vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate. The sponge is soft, moist and quietly fragrant, layered with silky buttercream for a clean vanilla finish. A white chocolate drip, pearl-set fault line, buttercream blossoms, rustic frills and hand-piped swirls give each tier its own detail while keeping the whole cake elegant, structured and composed.

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.

White chocolate ganache: White chocolate (milk, soya lecithin), cream (milk).

White Chocolate Crispearls: White Chocolate 85% (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milkmilk sugar, dry creamwhey, natural vanilla flavour), crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate added as raising agent, vegetable fat (soya, palm, rapeseed), salt, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), modified potato starch. May contain peanuts, nuts, milk.

*The colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
