Hand-delivered to London, Berkshire, and Surrey for Free*

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. All cakes are baked to order to ensure freshness and zero-waste.

Cakes are delivered during normal working hours. Our driver will provide an ETA on the morning of the delivery. If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour. We wil work it out! 

All our cakes are produced on premises handling wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, dairy, soya, nuts and peanuts. We are unable to offer in good-faith free-from or vegan options as we feel we would need seperate premises.

FAQ's

Our cake products are carefully handdelivered by a driver whose sole job is to make sure your cake gets deliveredto you safely anytime between 09:00-17:00. The delivery cost is dependent on acombination of factors such as distance, mileage, and time. We offer free delivery throughout Greater London.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a guaranteed timed delivery service. Our driver does however contact the recipient in the morning to provide an ETA via a text to the recipient’s UK mobile number. If you would like the cake by a certain time, we recommend having it delivered a day or two before.

All our cakes are highly fragile and perishable items as we do not use preservatives (you will be pleased to know). While they should keep well up to 5 days they will need to be stored in a cool, dark, and dry space, out of direct sunlight and out of the fridge unless in adverse and extreme atmospheric conditions. We recommend storing it in as airtight of a space as possible (like a small dark cupboard) or wrapping the box in cling film.

We generally say 5 days. Some components of the cake however will not necessarily keep as fresh - for example, the doughnuts will only keep fresh tasting for a few days. We think that the cake tastes best in the first few days after delivery. And many people thing it takes better the day after delivery.

You can choose to customise the sponge flavours on absolutely any cake from the default flavour. It's just an extra £10 (excl rainbow).

If you would like to order, please do so via the website. Once you have made the order, you can request for your customisations in response to your confirmation email and they will be billed for separately.

You personalise the cake with a message, e.g., Happy Birthday Tom. We do not generally recommend changing the design of the cakes as we have carefully crafted each cake taking aesthetics as well as flavour profiles into consideration. If you do have any additional design customisation ideas though you can always enquire prior to ordering so we are able to advice and quote accordingly.

If you happen to be out, you can let us know of a safe place or nominate a neighbour to take the delivery on your behalf. If there are time restrictions at your venue of choice, please provide an alternative London address or safe-keeping delivery instructions for the venue.
