From bakery to door
Cake routes leave from our bakeries. These are working dispatch and receiving sites, not customer collection points. Most standard cakes need around 48 hours; your postcode, date and the route still determine final availability.

Live tracking and an ETA are sent on the morning of delivery.
You, a nominated person, reception, concierge or venue contact can receive it.
If nobody answers
A fallback safe-place instruction is required for cake delivery. If nobody can receive the cake, the driver may use your nominated safe place, photograph exactly where it has been left and notify you.
If the nominated place is unsuitable or inaccessible, the driver may use reasonable judgement to choose another appropriate nearby safe place. You will again receive the location and photographic proof.
If there is nowhere reasonable to leave the cake, it may be returned to a bakery. Any further delivery attempt depends on route capacity and driver availability, and any redelivery charge is quoted case by case.
Where we go
Standard delivery is complimentary within the London and Surrey areas we serve. We can also travel further afield by prior arrangement. Send us the full address and date; any additional delivery charge is quoted case by case and may occasionally be waived.
Cakes are delivered to homes, offices, hotels, restaurants and venues. Please give us the recipient’s mobile number and any reception, concierge, loading or access instructions that matter.
Same day & next day
Same-day and next-day delivery is sometimes possible when the cake, bakery capacity, postcode and driver route line up. Same-day is never guaranteed.
For the fastest answer, WhatsApp before 12 noon with the postcode, date, cake size and short message.

If the cake has been damaged in transit, something is wrong with the order, or you are unhappy with it at delivery, you may reject it immediately and return it with our driver for a full refund under our no-quibble delivery guarantee.
Email hello@angesdesucre.com with the order number, clear photographs and a description. Photograph the issue before cutting where possible.
Once a cake has been handed to you, or to someone you nominated to receive it, responsibility for its subsequent handling, transport and storage passes to you. Nothing here affects your statutory rights or our responsibility for a problem that was already present when the cake was supplied.
