YOLO-ROLO Cupcakes

Indulge in the most luxurious cupcakes ever, featuring our delectable vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream on top of moist sponge. For an extra touch of sophistication, we glazed them with the creamiest milk chocolate ganache with a swirl of sea-salted caramel, sticky toffee popcorn, and of course, ROLOs. It's YOLO time with these scrumptious ROLO cupcakes! Please note, cupcakes DO NOT include personalised chocolate messages as they do not fit.

Ingredients

Sponge:

Vanilla - Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg , milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.

Chocolate - Flour (wheat gluten), sugar, egg, milk, cocoa, sunflower and rapeseed oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, salted caramel [white chocolate (soya, milk), cream (milk), sugar, salt].

Decorations - 

Chocolate Ganache: dark chocolate [(Min cocoa 54.5%) Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soya lecithin, natural vanilla], butter (milk).

Salted Caramel Ganache: white chocolate (soya, milk), cream (milk), sugar, salt.

Toffee Popcorn: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Popped Maize, Rapeseed Oil, Butter (Milk), Salt, Single Cream (Milk), Invert Sugar Syrup, Molasses, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithins).

Rolos: Glucose Syrup , Sugar , Whole and Skimmed Milk Powder , Invert Sugar Syrup , Vegetable Fat (Palm, Shea/ Illipe/ Mango Kernel/ Kokum Gurgi/ Sal) , Cocoa Mass , Cocoa Butter , Sweetened Condensed Skimmed Milk , Lactose and Proteins from Whey (from Milk) , Whey Powder (from Milk) , Butterfat (from Milk) , Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin) , Salt , Flavourings , Milk Chocolate contains Milk Solids 14% minimum and Vegetable Fat in addition to Cocoa Butter.

Salted Caramel Crispearls: Blend of Milk and white chocolate with caramel flavour 84% (Sugar, Cocoa butter 29%, Caramel powder (Condensed whole milk, sugar, glucose syrup, salt, acidity regulator E500ii), Whole milk powder, Whey powder (milk), Cocoa mass 1%, Emulsifier; soya lecithin, natural flavouring), Salted crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, salt, oat flour, wheat malt flour, raising agent: E500ii, natural vanilla flavouring), Glucose syrup, Sugar, Glazing agent: E414, Modified starch, Vegetable fat (coconut).
