The Sponges: Three freshly baked layers of red velvet sponges
The Frosting: Sandwiched with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and finished in a red and white stripes buttercream style.
Decorations: Glazed in dark chocolate ganache drips and decorated with a big bling Viva Las Vegas sign, chocolate covered Oreo poker chips, white chocolate crisp pearls and a totally rigged deck of fondant playing cards.
Shelf life: All cakes are baked fresh to order. Most keep five days from delivery. Certain elements, such as doughnuts, are best within one to two days.
