A strawberries and cream cake composed of British strawberry sponge, Swiss meringue buttercream, freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate ganache. The sponge is light, soft and baked with real strawberries, giving each layer a natural fruit sweetness and gentle berry brightness. Filled with smooth strawberry buttercream, then finished with a glossy white chocolate ganache drip, mini cupcakes, Lindt strawberries and cream truffles, strawberry chocolate bars and a scattering of freeze-dried strawberries, it brings the elegance of a British summer dessert into a polished celebration cake.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Strawberry Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, strawberries, colouring Pink (glycerol, propylene glycol, E551, E104, E155, E129).
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, freeze‑dried strawberries.
White Chocolate Ganache Drip: White chocolate (milk, soya lecithin) and double cream (milk). Colouring White: E422 glycerol, E1520 propylene glycol, E171 titanium dioxide, E551 silicon dioxide.
Lindt Strawberry Balls: Sugar, cocoa butter, vegetable fats, whole milk powder, lactose (milk) and cream (milk) powder (1%). They also contain strawberry powder (0.4%), emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural flavouring, colour (E162) and flavourings.
Strawberries & Cream Chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, corn syrup, lactose (milk), vegetable oil and milk fat. Other ingredients are soya lecithin, E476, flavouring, strawberry flakes, corn starch and beetroot red.
Freeze‑dried strawberries.

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
