A roseberry pistachio cake of rose pistachio sponge, blush-pink Madagascan vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, crushed pistachios and freeze-dried raspberries. The sponge is soft, fragrant and gently nutty, with rose bringing floral lift and raspberry adding a clean, sharp fruit note. Rosebuds, petals and buttercream swirls give it a romantic finish without letting the decoration overpower the flavour.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Rose and pistachio feel very close to home for me, but they need balance or they can become too perfumed. I wanted this cake to feel softer and lighter than our more indulgent pistachio cakes, with raspberry there to sharpen everything beautifully.

Rose Pistachio Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, pistachios (nuts), natural rose flavouring (non-alcoholic).
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129).

Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
