The Frosting: Frosted with a pink watercolour effect. The frosting uses a Swiss meringue buttercream which is light, with half the amount of sugar compared to standard icing, yet decadent.

Decorations: Swirls of Swiss meringue buttercream, glossy white chocolate ganache drip and freeze-dried raspberries.

In the process of creating a new cake, the bit that's probably got the most importance is the balance of flavours. I'm not into overly sweet cakes where sweet sponge is filled with sickly sweet filling, covered with overly sweet buttercream, and topped with even more sweetness. That is not how we do cake at Anges de Sucre. We make sure each cake we create is centred around perfectly balanced sweetness, which is what you'll find in our Raspberry White Chocolate Cake.

Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.
