Coconut Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), vegetable oil (sunflower oil, rapeseed oil), baking powder, desiccated coconut, vanilla extract, salt.

Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, lime zest powder, colouring Green (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E133), Salt.

Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
