Jammie Dodger Birthday Cake

The familiar raspberry-biscuit flavour gives this cake its charm. Vanilla sponge and smooth buttercream keep it balanced, while the wafers and biscuits add a crisp contrast.

Vanilla Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.

Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, Salt, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129).

Jammie Dodgers: Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raspberry Flavoured Apple Jam (27%) (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Apples (39%) (Apple, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite)), Sugar, Humectant (Glycerol), Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrates), Flavourings, Colours (Anthocyanins, Annatto), Gelling Agent (Pectin)), Palm Oil, Sugar, Whey or Whey Derivatives (Milk), Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Raising Agents (Ammonium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Flavourings.

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
