I wanted to create a cake that makes people smile instantly. It is playful with its sprinkles, but the handmade truffles lift it into something more indulgent, so it works for children and grown-ups with excellent nonsense tolerance.

The sponge is speckled with rainbow colour, the buttercream is silky smooth, and the truffles add richness and surprise. It is fun in every bite without feeling cheap or clumsy.
