The sponge is light and soft, with coloured sprinkles baked through each layer for a playful fleck of colour. Finished with smooth vanilla buttercream, buttercream swirls, rainbow sprinkles and Smarties, the cake reveals a hidden centre filled with Smarties when cut, bringing a crisp, colourful contrast to the soft vanilla sponge.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

This cake was made for the sheer theatre of cutting into something soft, bright and joyful: fluffy vanilla funfetti sponge, silky Swiss meringue buttercream and a hidden centre of Smarties that spills out when sliced, because sometimes the best cakes are the ones that remember how much fun cake is allowed to be.
Funfetti Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, jimmies [Sugar, Corn Starch, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Dextrin, Soy Lecithin, Colours: E102, E110, E120, E129, E133, Glazing Agent: Shellac, Carnauba wax].
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.
Decorations -
Sprinkles: jimmies [Sugar, Corn Starch, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Dextrin, Soy Lecithin, Colours: E102, E110, E120, E129, E133, Glazing Agent: Shellac, Carnauba wax].
Smarties: Sugar, Skimmed Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Wheat Flour, Butterfat (from Milk), Lactose and Proteins from Whey (from Milk), Rice Starch, Emulsifier (Lecithins), Colours (Beetroot Red, Carotene, Curcumin), Natural Flavouring, Spirulina Concentrate, Glazing Agents (Carnauba Wax, Beeswax White), Fruit and Vegetable Concentrates (Safflower, Radish), Barley Malt Extract.
*The colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
