Our dulce de leche chocolate ganache, sponge and Swiss meringue buttercream are all made using Callebaut chocolate, pure British dairy butter and Madagascan vanilla. Dulce de Leche Caramel Ganache: white chocolate [(min cocoa 28%, min milk solids 23%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), natural vanilla)], cream (milk), sugar, salt.
Kataifi pastry: Wheat flour, water, salt, butter (milk).
