Short-notice cake edit
A caramel-vanilla colossal feast of a cake layered high with cloud soft vanilla sponge, silky buttercream, a cheeky crunch for mischief, molten amber ribbons of caramel ganache and glint of genuine 24k gold. Our dulce de leche chocolate ganache, sponge and Swiss meringue buttercream are all made using Callebaut chocolate, pure British dairy butter and Madagascan vanilla. It's an experience of flavour and texture that needs to be tasted to be believed.

Delivery
Every cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. Refrigerate it if you are not serving it the same day, then let the buttercream return to room temperature before eating.
Before ordering
Same-day and next-day availability depends on the cake, bakery capacity, delivery postcode and route. Availability is never guaranteed until confirmed.
Vanilla Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, sunflower/vegetable oil, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.
Dulce de Leche Caramel Ganache: white chocolate [(min cocoa 28%, min milk solids 23%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), natural vanilla)], cream (milk), sugar, salt.
Kataifi pastry: Wheat flour, water, salt, butter (milk).
Decor: 24k Gold
*Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.
Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Short-notice cake delivery is handled by our own drivers and depends on the route available for the requested date and address. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
