Delivery
Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Decorations: An assortment of sweet sushi including "salmon" and "tuna" nigiri, sashimi and maki rolls, an edible sugar paste soy sauce bowl and chopsticks.
The Sponges: Three layers of freshly baked moist vanilla sponge cake.
The Filling: Covered and filled with smooth and silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream with blue on the outside.

Red Velvet - Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129].

Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
