Shelf life: All our cakes are baked fresh to order for delivery across London & Surrey. Most cakes have a 5-day shelf life from delivery, though elements like doughnuts may be best enjoyed within 1-2 days.
Storage: To keep your cake fresh, wrap the box in cling film and store in the fridge if you’re not serving on the same day. For more tips, see our cake storage and shelf life guide.
Serving: Bring your cake to room temperature before serving (around 3 hours out of the fridge). This ensures a softer texture and allows the flavours to develop fully.
