How to order

  • LEAD TIME - two weeks. This product is NOT available with any shorter notice. Once your order is placed, please email us your business logo and product photos in hi-res pdf, jpg or png format within one hour of placing the order in response to your confirmation email. Please note, any delays in sending across the reference images may result in delayed delivery of the cake.
  • Select your preferred delivery date with a MINIMUM of two week's notice during checkout and you're all set.

Shelf Life: Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery.

Storage: Keep the cake in its box in a cool room, or refrigerate if not serving the same day. For detailed guidance, see our cake storage and shelf life guide.

Serving: Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Allow around three hours out of the fridge so the sponge softens and the buttercream becomes silky and aromatic.
