Cake Sponges: Five layers of freshly baked vanilla sponge in bright rainbow colours, made by hand using our artisan recipes for a light, fluffy texture. Each layer is filled with our signature vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream for a smooth, balanced flavour.
Frosting: Our silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream — naturally less sweet than standard icing — is whipped to perfection for a creamy, cloud-like finish.
