Chocolate Sponge: Flour (wheat gluten), sugar, egg, milk, cocoa, sunflower oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, cocoa.
Chocolate Ganache: dark chocolate [(Min cocoa 54.5%) Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soya lecithin, natural vanilla], butter (milk).
