Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.

Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

The Sponges: Indulge in the light and airy taste of two layers of delicious vanilla sponges, perfectly baked for your special day.
The Frosting: The cake is enveloped in smooth and silky Swiss meringue buttercream, with romantic pink and red stripes for a charming finish.
Vanilla Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129), colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129].

Chocolate Caramels: Milk Chocolate (55%), Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Whey Powder (Milk), Emulsifier:Soya Lecithin; Natural vanilla Flavour. Caramel Creme filling (45%): Sugar, Vegetable Oils and fats (Palm), Skimmed Cocoa Powder, Whey Powder (Milk), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Vanillin, Flavours. Milk Chocolate contains cocoa solids 28% minimum, milk solids 16% minimum Contains Nuts & cereals containing gluten.

All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
