Decorations: Wrapped in edible vintage French toile de jouy pattern and piped buttercream rope borders.

The Sponges: Three layers of moist vanilla sponge cake in every delicious slice. But you can customise it to your favourite flavour from the drop down menu.

The Frosting: Filled and covered with smooth and silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.

Lemon - Flour (wheat , gluten), sugar, egg , milk , buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil and rapeseed oil, baking powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, natural lemon flavouring with other natural flavourings, vanilla extract, salt.

Red Velvet - Wheat flour (gluten), eggsmilk, buttermilk (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129].

Cookies & Cream -Wheat flour ( gluten ), eggs , milk , buttermilk ( milk ), sunflower and rapeseed oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, Oreo [Wheat Flour, Sugar, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder 4,5 %, Wheat Starch, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raising Agents (Potassium Carbonates, Ammonium Carbonates, Sodium Carbonates), Salt, Emulsifiers (Soya Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin), Flavouring].

Shelf Life: Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery.

Storage: Keep the cake in its box in a cool room, or refrigerate if not serving the same day. For detailed guidance, see our cake storage and shelf life guide.

Serving: Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Allow around three hours out of the fridge so the sponge softens and the buttercream becomes silky and aromatic.
