Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

The Sponges: Light, moist and fluffy strawberry sponge layers made with real strawberries.
The Frosting: Frosted with our signature Swiss meringue buttercream which is light with half the amount of sugar compared to standard icing, flavoured with freeze-dried strawberries.
Decoration: Swirls of Swiss meringue buttercream, strawberry biscuits and pink wafer.
Strawberry Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, freeze-dried strawberries, strawberries.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, freeze-dried strawberries.

Strawberry biscuits: Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin), Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Palm Kernel, Rapeseed in varying proportions), Dextrose, Wheat Starch, Whey Powder (Milk), Raising Agents (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate), Salt, Acid (Citric Acid), Flavourings, Colour (Carmine).
Pink wafers: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Sugar, Wheat Starch, Whey Powder (Milk), Potato Starch, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithins, Vegetable Concentrate (Red Beetroot), Rapeseed Oil, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Red Radish Powder, Salt, Raising Agent: Sodium Carbonates.

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
