Chocolate Pistachio Crunch Mile High Cake

A pistachio-chocolate feast of a cake stacked high with nutty splendour, velvety buttercream, a cheeky crunch for mischief, and gold leaf because we are fancy like that. Green-gold-chocolatey-pistachio opulence, this cake isn't just a cake. Our chocolate ganache, sponge and Swiss meringue buttercream are all made using Valrhona and Callebaut, pure British dairy butter and Madagascan vanilla with Sicilian pistachios. It's an experience of nutty splendour, with a combination of flavour and texture like no other.

Chocolate Sponge: Flour (wheat gluten), sugar, eggmilk, cocoa, sunflower oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, cocoa.

Pistachio cream: Pistachio (nuts), sugar, milk powder, milk whey powder, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter), extra virgin olive oil, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavourings.

Kataifi pastry: Wheat flour, water, salt, butter (milk).

Decor: 24k Gold
