An apple pie cake composed of spiced apple and cinnamon sponge, custard Swiss meringue buttercream and pie crust crumble. The sponge is moist, fragrant and gently spiced, with the softness of baked apple carried through each layer. Filled and finished with smooth custard buttercream, then topped with cupcakes, buttercream swirls, custard and a fine crumble of pie crust, it brings the warmth of a classic apple pudding into a polished celebration cake.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Apple pie has that wonderful ability to make everything feel warmer, so this cake takes the comfort of spiced apple, cinnamon, custard and buttery crumble and builds it into something more composed: moist apple sponge, silky custard Swiss meringue buttercream and pie crust crumb, all finished with the polish of a celebration cake but with the soul of a proper pudding.
Apple and Cinnamon Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, vegetable oil (sunflower oil, rapeseed oil), milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, apple, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla extract.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.
Decorations
Custard: Reconstituted skimmed cows' milk powder, water, sugar, modified maize starch, palm oil, coconut oil, flavouring, stabiliser: sodium triphosphate; colours: beta-carotene, paprika extract
Crumble: Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Palm Oil, Icing Sugar, Palm Fat, Palm Kernel Fat, Whey Powder (Cows' Milk), Wheat Starch, Glucose Syrup, Sea Salt, Raising Agents:Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate: Flavouring, Colour:Beta-carotene.

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
