A five-layer colour cake of buttermilk Madagascan vanilla sponge, free-range eggs and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. The sponge is soft, moist and lightly tangy, baked in pink, yellow, green, blue and purple layers for a bright reveal when sliced. Finished with ivory buttercream swirls and twirls, it keeps the outside elegant while holding all the colour quietly within.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

I like the little surprise of this cake: calm and pretty on the outside, properly joyful once cut. The buttermilk gives the sponge softness and a gentle lift, while the colour does exactly what it should, making people smile without turning the cake into chaos.

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
