Unicorn Croquembouche Cake

This is our signature bake. The cake that catapulted us into bakery stardom in London and across Europe. Not only has it gone viral around the world, but it’s also graced the cover of TimeOut, starred in Barclays ad campaigns, and been served at celebrity birthdays and weddings. It remains one of our most iconic creations.

There was no plan or grand inspiration for this cake. I saw a traditional croquembouche and thought, “why’s the inside hollow?” So, we made a cone out of cake and then decorated it with ALL THE TREATS.

Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical. 

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
