HOW DO ADD AN ITEM TO MY SHOPPING CART?
If you want to order a product, select your product and click “Add to Cart” button on the items product page – products are organised into collections which found in the navigation bar.
CAN I CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING CART?
Yes. Once you have added an item to your Shopping Cart you can amend the quantity. You can also continue browsing and add items to your cart.
HOW CAN I REMOVE SOMETHING FROM MY SHOPPING CART?
To remove an item from your cart, first select your cart – top right hand corner – and then simply reduce the quantity to the right amount or 0. Once the correct amount has been entered you can click refresh -bottom of page - to see your updated cart.
HOW DO I MARK SOMETHING AS A GIFT?
Many of the orders placed online are sent as gifts. Simply add the items you want to your cart and during checkout add a Gift Message and we will treat it as a gift. You can also stipulate a different delivery address and leave a note.
CAN I SAVE PRODUCTS IN MY CART FOR LATER?
If you leave the website and come back later you cart will normally be automatically saved by your browser. Otherwise add all your details to the order including your email and we will send you your cart 12hrs later.
MY SHOPPING CART IS FINISHED. HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ORDER?
Simply click “Checkout” in the top right hand corner of your screen from anywhere on the website. You will then be guided through the checkout process where you can select a delivery date and address (work, home, restaurant, hotel, friends).
