What is your return policy?

Our products are baked to order therefore we cannot accept returns. If something is wrong with product, there is a 24hrs period available to report it. For all refunds the item must be returned in full. If an item is delivered by our in-house courier please check you are satisfied with the product upon delivery.

How long do I have to report a problem with a food product?

As food is perishable, the time limit is 24 hours.
