Macaroon Information

How should I store macarons?

Macaroons are best stored in a cool, dark and dry space, ideally refrigerated, and devoured after bringing to room temperature; serving the macaroons at room temperature enhances the flavours. Macaroons like most foods are best eaten as fresh as possible, but do keep well for up to 6 days from dispatch when refrigerated. We also recommend covering the macaroon gift box in cling film to prevent moisture intake.

Allergens

All macaroons contain free range egg, dairy, nuts, soy and may contain peanut and traces of food colourings.

While we do not use ingredients containing gluten in our Classic flavour range however they are produced in premises where other products containing gluten are also produced therefore we cannot guarantee they are gluten-free.

Are Macaroons Gluten-Free? 

Our macaroons are free of gluten and are not made using any ingredients containing gluten. However, they are created in an environment where other products containing gluten are also made, consequently they cannot be guaranteed or certified Gluten-Free.

Are macaroons suitable for vegetarians?

Anges de Sucre macaroons contain eggs, nuts, dairy and traces of soya.

Are Macaroons dairy-free? Is it possible to make them dairy-free?

Our macaroons and all other chocolate products are made or filled with fine Belgian chocolate and chocolate ganache which contain dairy. As we believe our premium Belgian white, milk and dark chocolates are the best bases for our flavours we are unable to substitute with any other ingredient or fillings.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes. After you have selected added your gift, go to CART and tick the box at the top highlighted in green to add your gift message. We will print your message on a luxurious card, pop it in an enveloped and include it with your order.
