I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. DID YOU RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The first place to check is in your spam/junk folders. If you don’t see an email it is best to send an email to hello@ telling us what and when you ordered and we will have a look take a look.
CAN I VIEW MY ORDER ONLINE?
No. You will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order details. Your order will then automatically fulfilled and processed and entered into your kitchen schedule.
WHERE IS MY ORDER NUMBER?
In the confirmation email you will be provided with your order number. If you don’t have the order number to hand email us hello@ or give us a call and we will cheek.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes if it isn’t after the cancellation date. Please refer the cancellation FAQ section for more information.
