Beautifully decorated and furnished with state-of-the-art equipment it’s the perfect place for students to harness their creative powers and produce showstoppers to be proud of!
In small groups of no more than 6 persons you will receive individual attention and support. Students will be provided with all the ingredients and tools you’ll need to perfect skills and techniques creating your own magical masterpiece. See all the classes on offer here.
Reshmi starting her baking career off in one of France’s most prestigious professional cooking schools, Ecole Gregoire Ferrandi, training under multi- Michelin star chefs before working in Parisian restaurant kitchens. In 2011 she returned to London to start Anges de Sucre. Her confectionary delights including her famous macarons, marshmallows, bonkers designer cakes and Muffles are sold online, in Selfridges and the Anges boutique in Kensington and she has hosted demonstrations and masterclasses at the Cake & Bake Show.
While she may have trained and worked under strict chefs, her teaching style is fun, friendly and packed with useful information and handy hints making the masterclass not only enjoyable for the student but also an engaging and immersive learning experience.
