Vegan cakes do NOT have to be boring. At Anges de Sucre we create vegan cakes that push and challenge the boundaries with our imaginations and certainly don't limit ourselves to ye olde fresh-fruit-and-flower-vegan-jobby. Our Vegan Fat Unicorn cake caused such a stir on Instagram that we decided to have it in vegan wedding cake form so couples can be all inclusive with their senses of humour and guests!
With three light egg-less and dairy-free vanilla sponge layers sandwiched and frosted in a pastel rainbow vegan buttercream and decorated with delicious delicate piped frosting swirls, silver sugar pearls, fondant unicorn horns and ears, and two hand-modelled fondant fat unicorns slumped in a cake-coma on top having bitten off cheeky chunks from the cake, we think this cake suits all lovers who love nothing more than indulging together!
This vegan wedding cake is perfect for the dreamers, the hedonistic unicorn believers, vegan and non-vegans alike (honest, no one could tell the difference!). Pick the best size for your wedding, personalise this fat unicorn vegan cake with a 20-character message written on icing and you're set!

Shelf-life - At Anges de Sucre, we believe that fresh is best, which is why our cakes have a short shelf life of just 3 days. However, many people tell us they are good for up to 5 days. It's important to note that some components of the cake may not necessarily stay fresh for as long - for example, the doughnuts will only stay fresh-tasting for a few days.
Storage - If you're not planning to indulge in your cake on the same day, we recommend storing it in the fridge overnight to ensure it stays fresh.
Serving - When the time comes to serve your cake, take it out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature. This typically takes around 3 hours, depending on the temperature of your room. If serve it straight out of the fridge, the cake will be cold and potentially quite hard, and the flavours maybe subdued.
