Smooth vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.

Decorations 
This cute Neopolitan cake is decorated with a striped fault line in white, pink and chocolate. It's then finished with pink buttercream over the top and chocolate buttercream at the bottom.

We've then added luscious swirls of vanilla buttercream with cherries on top. And as an extra final touch, we've added sprinkles and chocolate crisp pearls galore.

This petite cake is the perfect little size to celebrate a very special little occasion. Personalise your cake with a short 20 character message on a chocolate plaque. Once ordered we will bake it fresh and deliver it safe and sound on your date of choosing to the lucky recipient.

Chocolate Sponge: Self raising flour (wheat/gluten), bicarbonate of soda, sugar, eggs, milk, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, coffee, golden syrup.

Pink Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129).

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, cocoa, salt, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129).

Decorations 

White Chocolate Crispearls: Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole milk powder, Skimmed milk powder, Emulsifier; soya lecithin, Natural vanilla flavouring.

Milk Chocolate Crispearls: Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soyalecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, malt flour, wheat starch, raising agent E500ii, vegetable fat, salt, natural vanilla), Sugar, Glucose syrup, Modified starch.

Strawberry Crispearls: Sugar, Cocoa fat, Whole milk powder, Whey powder (milk), Emulsifier; Soya lecithin, Natural and artificial flavour, Cochineal extract colour, Natural vanilla flavour, Crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, starch (wheat), sodium bicarbonate, salt, cocoa fat, natural flavour), glucose syrup, sugar, confectioners glaze (arabic gum), vegetable fat (palm, kernal, coconut), modified corn starch added as glazing agents).

Sprinkles: 

Sugar, Wheat Starch, Glucose Syrup, Colours (Curcumin, Chlorophyll), Concentrated Beetroot Juice, Glazing Agent (White and Yellow Beeswax).

Glace Cherries: Cherries (contain Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Sugar, Water, Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Colour: Erythrosine. 

*The colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. 

All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. All cakes are baked to order to ensure freshness and zero-waste.

Cakes are delivered during normal working hours. Our driver will provide an ETA on the morning of the delivery. If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour. We wil work it out! 

All our cakes are produced on premises handling wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, dairy, soya, nuts and peanuts. We are unable to offer in good-faith free-from or vegan options as we feel we would need seperate premises.
