We're Matcha-mad at Anges! There's something about that softly smoky-vanilla- green tea flavour that gets all our tongues wagging. Having been inspired by all the lovely matcha soft-serve ice creams we've been eating, we thought we would carry on the obsession via cake-form.

Decorations

Decorated with piped matcha buttercream, Oreo cookies, mini "soft-serve" matcha cones and chocolate-covered biscuit sticks. This cake is sure to make a fun matcha-statement at any celebration.

Cake Sponges

We use high-grade premium matcha green tea powder from Japan in the sponge cake layers. We then fill between the layers with a smooth matcha Swiss meringue buttercream pepped with crushed Oreos.

Frosting & Glaze

Frosted with green-tea-matcha swiss meringue buttercream and glazed with our signature Belgian chocolate drip.

Mini Cones: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, palm oil, Wheat fibre, salt, emulsifier: E322 (soya).

Oreo: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder 4,5 %, Wheat Starch, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raising Agents (Potassium Carbonates, Ammonium Carbonates, Sodium Carbonates), Salt, Emulsifiers (Soya Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin), Flavouring.

White Chocolate Crispearls: White Chocolate 85% (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk, milk sugar, dry cream (milk), whey, natural vanilla flavour), crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate added as raising agent, vegetable fat (soya, palm, rapeseed), salt, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), modified potato starch. May contain peanuts, nuts, milk.

Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support. Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical.

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. All cakes are baked to order to ensure freshness and zero-waste.

Cakes are delivered during normal working hours. Our driver will provide an ETA on the morning of the delivery. If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour. We wil work it out! 

All our cakes are produced on premises handling wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, dairy, soya, nuts and peanuts. We are unable to offer in good-faith free-from or vegan options as we feel we would need seperate premises.
