We celebrated our own little X-ray turning 6 months with this cake as we're extra about celebrating absolutely every milestone with cake, so extra. Reshmi designed a cake celebrating all things ice-cream (because other than cake, ice cream is a major food group too) taking scoops of inspiration from fabulous bakers down under - Katharine Sabbath to name one. Three layers of super moist vanilla and chocolate sponge, with vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream in marbled ice cream hues, our signature Belgian chocolate drip, The Ice Cream Parlour cake is then decorated with a large "dropped ice cream" waffle cone with chocolate glaze, mini ice cream "soft-serve" cones, large and mini "freak shake" style cupcakes, glace cherries, sprinkles galore and chocolate sauce and finished off with a swirly whirly buttercream piped cascade.

This cake is perfect for all the ice-cream crazed folk - the bonus being it doesn't melt! Pick the perfect size, personalise it with a 20-character message written in chocolate and you're set!

Chocolate Sponge/Cupcakes: Self raising flour (wheat/gluten), bicarbonate of soda, sugar, eggsmilk, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, coffee, golden syrup. 

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129), colouring Yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110), colouring Green (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E133), colouring Blue (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, silicon dioxide E551, water, colours E133 & E122), colouring Purple (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E122, E133).

Chocolate drip: Dark chocolate (milksoya), Butter (milk).

Decorations - 

Sprinkles: Sugar, Wheat Starch, Glucose Syrup, Colours (Curcumin, Chlorophyll), Concentrated Beetroot Juice, Glazing Agent (White and Yellow Beeswax)

Waffle Cone: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm Kernel, Palm), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithins, Salt.

Glace Cherries: Cherries (contain Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Sugar, Water, Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Colour: Erythrosine.

Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support. Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical.

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. All cakes are baked to order to ensure freshness and zero-waste.

Cakes are delivered during normal working hours. Our driver will provide an ETA on the morning of the delivery. If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour. We wil work it out! 

All our cakes are produced on premises handling wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, dairy, soya, nuts and peanuts. We are unable to offer in good-faith free-from or vegan options as we feel we would need seperate premises.
