Salted Caramel Ganache: white chocolate [(min cocoa 28%, min milk solids 23%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), natural vanilla)], cream (milk), sugar, salt.
Fudge: Sugar, Sweetened Condensed Skimmed MILK (Skimmed MILK, Sugar), Glucose Syrup, Fondant (Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water), Coconut Oil, Stabiliser Blend (Carrier: Dextrose, Stabilisers: Low Methoxyl Pectin and Sodium Alginate), Natural Flavouring.
