Decorations: A ski lodge carved out of cake and decorated with fondant details and a pair of fondant skis.

Cake Sponges: A tall layer cake with three freshly baked vanilla sponges.

Frosting: Liberally frosted with ivory and white vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream with fault line finishing.

Vanilla Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggsmilk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.

Delivery times: 8am - 5pm. You will receive live tracking on the morning of your delivery letting you know when the driver is near.

Delivery areas: London and Surrey.

Delivery charges: Free. 

Shelf-life: Our cakes at Anges de Sucre are baked fresh, with a 5-day shelf life. Note: some elements like doughnuts may have a shorter freshness period.

Storage: To maintain freshness, wrap the box in cling-film and store the cake in the fridge if not serving the same day. Read more about storage and shelf-life

Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.
