Aimee Dunne is one classy lady. I first worked with her many moons ago when she planned an epic birthday event in St Tropez and took over a bunch of my custom blue and white macarons for the event (even Gary Barlow was there!). Over the years we've followed each other but have still not met in person which I hope does happen soon! And even if we never meet in person, I'd love to be at one of Aimee Dunne's parties because they look EPIC.
Aimee's daughter Lola turned 11 recently and loves all things rainbows and emojis. So we customised our Emoji cake, complete with Emoji macarons, baked buttermilk chocolate glazed doughnuts and cookies, with rainbow stripe Swiss meringue buttercream frosting. The cake's layers were vanilla, red velvet and brownie, and was served at her birthday party at Go Ape in Battersea, London.
Of and if you're wondering, my favourite emoji is the crying with laughter face closely followed by the turd. Jusssst saying.
Lots of love,
Reshmi xoxo
