Our biggest ever news to date - After almost 18 months of scouring West London, we've gone and got ourselves a swanky little spot in the heart of Kensington to house our jewel-like macaroons, pillow-soft marshmallows, some of the best coffees specially roasted in Paris by Coutume, divine range of hot chocolates (hot Chocolat Blanc and fresh framboise for dunking a freshly whipped Vanilla Bean marshmallow? Oui oui!) as well as exclusive Anges tea blends to complement our sweet delights!

Setting up shop has got to be one of the steepest learning curves I've ever been on. It's got me multi-tasking like never before, sometimes cursing like a sailor while chiselling, sawing and hammering away, and is one of the most exciting phases of our lives.

It's also the first time I've ever been truly sleepless and SO AWAKE simultaneously, partially due to the adrenaline to get to the finish line and a surge of endorphins from all the sawing-action? Before anyone feels even the tiniest bit of sympathy for me I must admit it's not all dust and grit though...I'm doing some proper fun stuff too like trips to Farrow & Ball (paint and wallpaper wonderland), serious Ebaying, and lots of coffee, tea and macaroon tasting!

Opening date is slotted for end-March, hopefully just in perfect time for treating some of the best ladies in our lives on Mother's Day!
