Sponges: A trio of Belgian chocolate, red velvet, and Matcha green tea sponges make up the base of this cake, offering a spectrum of flavours to cater to every palate.

Frosting: The cake is enveloped in a combination of vanilla and Matcha Swiss meringue buttercream, creating a silky texture. It’s then topped with a glaze of Belgian chocolate and Matcha ganache, adding layers of rich and earthy matcha tones.

Chocolate Sponge: Self raising flour (wheat/gluten), bicarbonate of soda, sugar, eggsmilk, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, coffee. 

Red Velvet Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggsmilk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129].

Green Tea Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggsmilk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, matcha powder.

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, matcha powder.

Decorations -

Chocolate Drip: Dark chocolate (milksoya), Butter (milk).

Matcha Drip: white chocolate (milksoya lecithin), double cream (milk), matcha powder.

Delivery times: 8am - 5pm. You will receive live tracking on the morning of your delivery letting you know when the driver is near.

Shelf-life: Our cakes at Anges de Sucre are baked fresh, with a 5-day shelf life. Note: some elements like doughnuts may have a shorter freshness period.

Storage: To maintain freshness, wrap the box in cling-film and store the cake in the fridge if not serving the same day. Read more about storage and shelf-life

Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.
