Cake Sponges: Layers of chocolate, red velvet, and vanilla sponges, each paired with luscious vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, offering a delightful mix of flavours in every bite.

Frosting & Glaze: The cake is beautifully frosted in vibrant blue, yellow, and ivory stripes, and crowned with our signature Belgian chocolate drip-style glaze.

Vanilla Sponge: Wheat flour ( gluten ), eggs , milk , buttermilk ( milk ), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract

Red Velvet Sponge: Wheat flour ( gluten ), eggs , milk , buttermilk ( milk ), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129].

Chocolate Sponge: Self raising flour ( wheat/gluten ), bicarbonate of soda, sugar, eggs , milk , sunflower oil, cocoa powder, coffee, golden syrup.

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter ( milk ), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110), colouring Blue (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, silicon dioxide E551, water, colours E133 & E122).

Chocolate drip: dark chocolate [(Min cocoa 54.5%) Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier soya lecithin , natural vanilla], butter ( milk ).

Baked Doughnuts: Flour ( wheat , gluten ), corn flour, egg , buttermilk ( milk ), butter ( milk ), sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, dark chocolate ( milk , soya lecithin), Sprinkles [Sugar, Wheat Starch, Glucose Syrup, Colours (Curcumin, Chlorophyll), Concentrated Beetroot Juice, Glazing Agent (White and Yellow Beeswax)]
