One of our all-time favourites cakes! This semi-naked layer cake is covered in a decadent chocolate and salted caramel drip and loaded with mouth-watering macarons, popcorn, and more.

Decorations: Topped with macarons, salted caramel pearls and candied sea-salted caramel popcorn!

Sponges: Rich layers of chocolate sponge.

Frosting: Frosted with sea-salted caramel Swiss Meringue buttercream in a rustic-chic semi-nude fashion. Draped in a sea-salted caramel drip glaze.

Chocolate Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, cocoa, sunflower oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.

Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, Salt, white chocolate [(min cocoa 28%, min milk solids 23%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), natural vanilla)], cream (milk), sugar, salt.
