Clever Cookie - Tiddly Two-Tiered Cake

A mini Oreo Cookie sensation cake. Two tiers of luscious chocolate sponge, sandwiched with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream in a semi-naked style, topped with a Belgian chocolate ganache drip and adorned with Oreos, Maltesers, Rolos, and chocolate pearls.

Cake Sponges: The tiers are comprised of lovely and luscious chocolate sponge layers.

Frosting & Glaze: Sandwiched with smooth and silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream in a stylish semi-naked finish, and topped with a glossy Belgian chocolate ganache drip.

Chocolate Sponge: Self raising flour ( wheat/gluten ), bicarbonate of soda, sugar, eggs , milk , sunflower oil, cocoa powder, coffee, golden syrup

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, cocoa, salt.

Glaze: dark chocolate (milk, soya lecithin), butter (milk).
