While we love a fish pun, or two, there is absolutely NOTHING fishy about this statuesque, glorious cake.
Are you ready? Decorated with handmade fondant mermaid tails, Guylian hazelnut praline seashell chocolates, macaron oysters, buttercream swirly "seafoam", profiteroles, eclairs, baked doughnuts, candied popcorn and white chocolate pearls and sprinkles. Annnnnddddd we're just coming up for air after that! Basically, all the major dessert food groups rolled into one magnificent creation.
Lovely layers of vanilla sponge, both in the cone AND the base.
Swiss meringue buttercream in mermaid-esque hues of coral, turquoise and lilac - shimmery, silvery and slick. Finished with pink chocolate ganache drip glaze.

Ideal for weddings and milestone celebrations, to order:

- You can add a custom message that will be added to your cake on a chocolate plaque.
- Add to cart and select your preferred delivery date on the checkout page.

We delivery everyday except for Sunday.
Delivery outside of Central London is based on distance from our bakery. To view the cost add the item to your basket and add your delivery details.
We need 2 days notice to prepare your cake. Our cakes are freshly baked to order.
Cakes are delivered fresh from our bakery during normal working hours. Timed deliveries can be arranged at cost by emailing us. We do aim to delivery your cake as early as possible.
If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour.
While all our cakes are baked with wheat flour and include gluten, we are able to bake gluten-free Vanilla sponge and add toppings which are free from gluten-including ingredients such as macaroons, popcorn, fudge, upon request. All our cakes contain egg, dairy and traces of soya, and are baked in premises where we handle nuts, gluten, peanuts and food colourings.
