Mademoiselle Matcha Croquembouche Cake

Decorations

The tower is gloriously decorated with an abundance of delicious desserts: sprinkle glazed and buttercream filled choux buns and eclairs, baked buttermilk doughnuts in matcha and raspberry glazes, a pretty assortment of macarons, Ferrero Rocher and matcha "soft-serve" buttercream cones, piped buttercream flowers, chocolate pearls and candied popcorn with subtle silver lustre and sparkle.

Sponges

This stunning croquembouche cake is made with 100% cake sponges - no fake towers here! We use layers of chocolate and matcha green tea cake sponges for a perfectly balanced combo.

Frosting

Frosted with our signature silken vanilla, raspberry and matcha Swiss meringue buttercream. On top of the frosting we add a chocolate glaze which makes a real impression.

How to Order

1. Pick your size above. Choose from medium or small.
2. If you want, you can add a custom message in the box above. This will be added to your cake on a chocolate plaque.
3. Finally, add the cake to your cart and then during checkout select a delivery date.

Personalisation

If you'd like to further customise the cake please get in touch with your requests. We can customise things like the colours of the buttercream and the macarons.

Free London Delivery (except for a few postcodes)

We delivery everyday except for Sunday.

Delivery outside of Central London is based on distance from our bakery. To view the cost add the item to your basket and add your delivery details.

We need 2 days notice to prepare your cake. Our cakes are freshly baked to order.

Cakes are delivered fresh from our bakery during normal working hours. Timed deliveries can be arranged at cost by emailing us. We do aim to delivery your cake as early as possible. 

If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour. 

While all our cakes are baked with wheat flour and include gluten, we are able to bake gluten-free Vanilla sponge and add toppings which are free from gluten-including ingredients such as macaroons, popcorn, fudge, upon request. All our cakes contain egg, dairy and traces of soya, and are baked in premises where we handle nuts, gluten, peanuts and food colourings.
